Blake Jones of Kachuwa Impact Fund is speaking about "impact real estate" from 2:00-3:00pm ET on July 6, 2022 to members of Invest for Better, an investment education community of women that was co-founded by Kachuwa Member, Janine Firpo, and her colleague, Ellen Remmer. Kachuwa Impact Fund has a well-formed definition about what makes a property or real estate investment impactful. Kachuwa Impact Fund is proud to co-host the third annual 2022 Founders of Color Showcase to provide visibility to impact companies across the country with founders of color and to provide a syndication platform for them to raise capital. Unfortunately, less than 5% of venture capital in the USA goes to companies with female and BIPOC CEOs, but we believe that we can work together with a wide range of stakeholders to help change this. We are looking for like-minded company champions, sponsors, and investors that share our investment thesis of investing in underrepresented entrepreneurs that are driving social impact. The Next Egg creates resources, builds communities, and shares tools so that people can move their retirement savings out of Wall Street and into their local communities.
